| Abstract:
In this paper the results of investigation on different type of media and different concentrations of hormones (IBA), for multiplication and rooting on M 26 rootstock are presented. For multiplication 4 types of media were used: MS + 0.7mg/L BAP + 0.001 mg/L IBA; MS + 1 mg/L BAP + 0.001 mg/L IBA; MS + 0.7 mg/L BAP + 0.01 mg/L IAA; MS + 1 mg/L BAP + 0.01 mg/L IAA. The highest index of multiplication (8.2) was obtained using 1 mg/L of BAP and 0.001 mg/L IBA. Rooting researches were conducted using 3 different concentrations of IBA: 0.1 mg/L, 0.2 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L. The highest percentage of rooting was obtained using 0.1 mg/L IBA | |
