Abstract:
The aim of this research was to verify whether rootstocks can affect the phenolic composition of leaves of the grafted trees. Six different rootstocks, on which two scions (Leccino and Frantoio) were grafted, were taken into account. The leaves flavonoid content was analysed and it has been pointed out that Leccino graftings exhibited the larger differences among the rootstocks.
