Abstract:
The rooting capacity of cuttings from the Camellia reticulata var.
Captain Rawes was studied.
They were subjected to split base wounding and treatments with auxins and/or hormone carriers, employing two different rooting mediums (perlite and rock wool). The combined treatment of IBA and NAA using rock wool gave the best results (90% rooting).
