Knowledge and abilities will be the best capital for horticultural enterpreneurs in the future. Changing input-output-ratio strengthen the necessity to analyse the problems and to solve them by using new knowledge and economic methods. For scientists and advicers it will be thoroughly important to use effective teaching methods in order to get a high learning-effect in education these people. One of the so-called "active learning methods" in economics are management games. Active means in this case, scholars do not get the new knowledge in lessons but they use data from teaching notes, from discussions with other participants or from the teacher while solving a problem in a given exercise.
