FRUIT PRODUCTION LOCALIZATION IN POLAND

Abstract:
This paper is analysing significant factors influencing fruit production localization in Poland. Generally, fruit production localization are unevenly distributed around the country. First, there was spontaneous fruit growing regions development now there are some efforts to centraly plann localization. The current central planning policy is going towards fruit production localization in areas with good climatic conditions and ones with man power surpluses. The second general idea is to place fruit production in the vicinity of big cities and around recreation areas.
