| Abstract:
To be a manager of a small firm in Sweden today is not easy. They must work both practically in the firm and be a manager of it. Very often the more long range work as a manager is set aside because of all the practical work that all the time needs to be done. It is easy to just let the firm run in the same old track and spend all time on labouring and no time on planning. To assist the managers of horticultural firms the economical consultant bureau TEU offers a management service adapted to these special circumstances (see also Acta Horticulturae, No 25, 40, 55). | |
