| Abstract:
Authors worked out an isolation method for azulenogene sesquiterpenelactones from the plant Achillea millefolium ssp. collina Becker. They have isolated the 3 main azulenogene compounds and took structure elucidation with IR, MS and NMR techniques. Authors have found the structures as follows 8-Acetoxy-artabsine, 8-angeloxy-artabsine and 2,3-dihydro-desavetoxy-matricin. | |
