Abstract:
The study of the herbs of the Caucasian's flora for the purpose of investigation of the raw's spring for industrial production of preparations containing alkaloids.
The resources of the long-tims' plants have been established by experimental investigations.
The study of the environment's factories influence and the plant's phase of vegetation on the accumulation of alkaloids have been done in the nature.
The maintenance of alkaloids in the raw's standards have been determined according to the methods using in the USSR.
The greatest attention during the research was gave to the species Amaryllidaceae, Apocinaceae, Papaveraceae, Fumariaceae, Ranunculaceae and unique kind by maintenance of alkaloids: Senecio /Asteraceae/.
A study made on 20 /twenty/ species Senecio have showed that all of them contain alkaloids Pyrrolizidine's group.
The endemic herbs - S. platyphylloides and S. rhombifolius became industrial species for the production of alkaloids: platyphylline and sarracine; seneciphylline is used for the half-syntes of preparation with curare-action: dyplacine.
The first time, for the Senecio it's proved that N-oxid alkaloid retain also in winter.
Galanthus Krasnovii is suggested as the spring of galantamine.
Vinca herbacea is a valuable raw-material for the production of Reserpine alkaloids' group.
The endemic herbs of Caucasus - Papaver bracteatum and P. orientale turned out interesting by the composition of alkaloids and the maintenance in them of oripavine and thebaine.
Famaria officinalis, which grows in the Caucasus, is very rich of alkaloid Protopine.
Caucasian species Delphinium can be an industrial raw-material in order to receive methylcaconitine and condelfine, but species Aconitum for alkaloids lacocthonine's group.
The orographyc factories in particular, have an influence on the maintenance of alkaloids which means, and on the phase of vegetation.
