| Abstract:
The alkaloids of Colchicum arenarium were isolated from MeOH - extract in the form of neutral, phenolic and alkaline alkaloids. Alkaloid separation was carried out by means of column chromatography, identification by means of common physico-chemical methods. 0.16 % colchicine, 0.13 % Besides ther were identified: a/ in the bulb: 2-demethyl-colchicine, 3-demethylcolchicine, demecolcine, 3-demethyl-demecolcin and three undefined components of following hRf values: 84, 29 and 16; b/ in the flower stalk; | |
