Abstract:
Mentha spicata is among the most famous species in Bulgaria.
The aim of the examination of local forms is to choose the most valuable of them and select a variety with the following qualities: high yields, tolerance to Puccinia Menthae Perlon, with erect stem, many branchings, many leaves of tender consistence, pleasant taste and aroma as a fresh and dry spice.
