| Abstract:
In this paper results are presented related to in vitro propagation of cherry rootstock ‘Gizela 5’ depending on the different types of media. A high index of multiplication is basic of fast reproduction of certified planting material. Research was conducted on 5 different variants for multiplication and 3 concentrations of IBA for rooting. The highest index of multiplication at ‘Gizela 5’ (5,68) was obtained using a mixture of sorbitol and sucrose 2:1. The highest percentage of rooting (47.2%) was obtained using media with 0.5 mg/L of IBA. | |
