| Abstract:
We have chosen a set of 17 SSRs for Pyrus that can be used to fingerprint germplasm collections and a standard set of reference control accessions. Results from these standard sets of SSRs are presented and can be used to facilitate comparison of data sets from different germplasm collections to detect duplicates and synonyms. | |
