Abstract:
The paper presents the influence of the conventional ploughing tillage system in comparison with the alternative minimum tillage system upon the winter wheat bread manufacture quality, Ariesan variety and five-course rotation. New soil working systems search for different pedoclimatic areas and concrete local conditions alternatives to eliminate risk factors and their negative consequences upon agricol agrosystems. Soil tillage has been realized with plough, in classic system, and with chisel, plough paraplow, rotary harrow, in minimum soil tillage. Quality parameters pursued at variety of wheat are: weight per 1000 kernels, test weight, protein content, wet gluten content, falling number and deformation. The results show here don’t have significant differences between wheat quality parameters at classic soil tillage and minimum soil tillage. All the variants have quality parameters in the standard limits.
