| Abstract:
Ethephon applied 20 days before normal harvest at 200 ppm markedly affected mature fruit abscission in Pozegaca prune cv and accelerated fruit maturity by 8 to 10 days. Effects on flowers and fruit set thinning and on fruit size need further investigation of interactions between age of tree, quantity of yields, soil management and environmental factors. | |
