Abstract:
GC/MS methods were used to analysis the chemical compositions of essential oils in fruit, tender fruit, leaf and flower of Zanthoxylum planispinum var. dintanensis Y.L.Tu growing in Bangui village in Guanling county of Guizhou Province, China. Twenty-four kinds of chemical compositions in fruit and 8 kinds in tender fruit, 38 kinds in leaf and 27 kinds in flower were examined. Major chemical compositions of fruit, tender fruit and flower were L-linalool; while those in leaf are 2-dodecanone and 2-tridecanone. The differences between those tissues of the plant we tested are quite distinct. And only β-myrcene, limonene, L-linalool, terpinen-4-ol and α-terpinen were detected in all these essential oils.
