**DEFINITION OF GENETIC LINKAGE GROUPS WITH ASSIGNED MARKERS OF RAPHANUS SATIVUS CHROMOSOMES**

Abstract: This work was carried out to develop radish chromosome-specific markers from a set of rape-radish addition lines, to map them in an established intraspecific mapping population, and to assign each linkage group to an individual chromosome of Raphanus sativus. For 899 radish-specific markers chromosomal specificity was determined. Of these markers, 116 were polymorphic between the parents of the intraspecific radish F₂ mapping population. A subset of 29 chromosome-specific markers was used to produce segregation data in 245 F₂ plants. Eighteen markers were integrated as anchor loci into the nine linkage groups of Raphanus sativus so that their corresponding chromosomes could be identified.
