ESSAIS DE CHAUFFAGE DE SERRES PAR CIRCULATION D'EAU TIEDE DANS DES GAINES POSEES AU SOL

Abstract:
Experiments on greenhouse heating by warm-water circulating in plastic sheaths set on the ground have been performed :

by the INRA, on tomatoe plantations, with various covering sheath ration and various water temperatures
by the INVUFLEC, on melon plantation

Compared to acconventional pulsed air heating, the sheath technic seems to produce a more efficient distribution of the air temperature near the ground and into the soil. The agronomic results are either equal, either better than those obtained with a pulsed air heating.
