Abstract:
In this paper exploitation characteristics of universal mounted harvester “NB 2003” in chamomile harvesting were discussed, as well as possibility for improvement. This research is justified by the need for finding solutions for several problems that exist in machine chamomile harvesting. Influence of harvester work speed and harvesting rotor speed on efficiency, flow of harvested chamomile, losses and quality of harvested chamomile was investigated. Purpose of the investigation is analysis of chamomile harvesting working parameters in plantation production. Based on results of that analysis, possibilities for improvement of work speed, efficiency and quality of harvesting chamomile will be defined.
