Abstract:
Within the frame of the ECOPONICS project (EU funded project), we have carried out surveys to evaluate consumers’ appreciation of conventionally grown tomatoes and tomatoes grown in soilless.
This study reports on the results of the surveys performed among different categories of consumers in Morocco and Turkey.
