| Abstract:
Effect of four kinds of cytokinins (Zeatin, Thidiazuron, CPPU, 2iP) on shoot regeneration from in vitro leaf of blueberry was studied using three blueberry genotypes (‘Sunrise’, ‘Duke’, ‘Georgia Gem’). Leaf explants from shoot proliferating cultures of highbush blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum) produced shoots on Wood Plant Medium supplemented with Zeatin, CPPU, Thidiazuron or 2iP. The highest regeneration percentage and number of buds per leaf were induced on medium with CPPU and the least on the medium with Thidiazuron. | |
