| Abstract:
Misshaped fruit can comprise as much as 20 to 30% of total strawberry pro-duction. We conducted studies to determine whether insects (bumblebees) or wind-assisted pollination could reduce the amount of misshaped fruit in ‘Camarosa’ straw-berry. The results showed that bumblebees did decrease the amount of misshaped fruit. | |
