| Abstract:
An investigation of Passacrassana pears collected from 23 orchards in Emilia has revealed, through a multiple regression analysis, that internal browning is more frequent for the less productive trees and that delayed harvesting is an efficacious means of reducing the alteration, particularly in fruit from trees with a high productive load. | |
