Abstract:
Allium crops occupy an important place in vegetable production and marketing in China, that accounted for 10% of the total cultivation area of vegetable crops and 7% of the total vegetable production in China.
Some of the allium crops are native to China and favored by the Chinese people as special vegetables and flavor vegetables.
A few of them and their processed products are important agricultural products.
