| Abstract:
Onion is one of the important vegetables for exportation in China. But there is a rather limited number of suitable varieties to be used. We have introduced 22 varieties and lines of onion from 6 countries in 1998-1999 and conducted field trials. To get a good valuation, investigations on agronomic characters, yields and storage ability of the onions have been made. | |
