Abstract:
This paper gives an overview of the experience of Australian Correspondence Schools (ACS) in applying technology to the teaching of horticulture.
Through the careful and informed application of different technologies, the School has developed a multi-media and diverse approach to education that has resulted in the growth of student numbers, enhancement of teaching and learning effectiveness, and improved capacity to provide quality horticultural education to students from all over the world.
The School has developed a global network through the application of its technology and enjoys great business benefits.
