THE VIRUS DISEASES DETECTED IN GREENHOUSE AND IN FIELD BY THE PEACH SEEDLING GF 305 INDICATOR |

| Abstract:
On the peach seedling GF 305 indicator, cultivated in air conditioned greenhouse, we can detect all the year round the following virus diseases : ILAR ringspot : Prunus necrotic ringspot, prune dwarf, line pattern. NEPO ringspot : essentially strawberry latent ringspot, myrobolan latent ringspot, raspberry ringspot. Chlorotic leaf spot and sharka. Peach mosaic, with cross protection technique. Peach yellows. Till now we have no symptom in winter. In field, on the peach seedling GF 305, we can detect by the double budding method the same virus diseases and : Mycoplasma diseases : chlorotic leaf roll (ECA), X disease, little cherry. | |
