| Abstract:
TZFTS (Temperate Zone Fruits in the Tropics and Subtropics) Working Group from the Section Fruit and particularly, the Commission Tropical and Subtropical Horticultural Crops in the ISHS was established in 1983 (today called Section Tropical and Subtropical Fruits). Since then, 11 symposia and workshops were held on this very important subject. This group has published Acta Horticulturae 158, 199, 232, 279, 409, 441, 565 and 606 and HortScience 22:1226-1246. Prof. Frank Dennis was the Chairman of this working group when I entered in 1986. A business meeting was organized during the XXth International Horticultural Congress in Florence in 1990.... | |
