| Abstract:
To improve the present assortment of generative rootstocks in walnut, ten prospective elites were selected in order to study the main biological and agro-productive characteristics of trees and the main physical characteristics of fruits, together with their behaviour in the tree nursery. To improve the technology for obtaining grafted trees, the influence of grafting time and method on grafting success, the resistance of graft buds to frost, and the production of standard trees were monitored. | |
