| Abstract:
During the afternoon of 24th August 1999, delegates to the 4th International Conifer Conference were entertained by the Curator and staff of the National Pinetum at Bedgebury. After lunch, the Curator introduced the Pinetum before delegates were invited to participate in their selected tour of the collection. The text of his introduction is reproduced here. | |
