| Abstract:
In this study, seasonal changes of carbohydrates (total sugar, starch and total carbohydrates) of ‘Beyaz Orak’ cultivar were examined. The research was carried out on the leaf samples of 10 years old Beyaz Orak fig trees at Akdeniz University, Agricultural Faculty, Horticulture Department Research Orchard and leaf samples were analysed in Physiology Laboratory of Horticulture and Laboratory of Soil Science Department. Concentrations of total sugar, starch and total carbohydrates during the year varied between 5-12 %, 5-11 % and 12-17 %, respectively. | |
