Abstract:
One white and two red forms with higher economical qualities and resistance in comparison to the initial variety were obtained by inbreeding from the resistant to diseases Storgozia red wine variety, developed through complex inter-specific hybridization.
The wine from the white form is dense enough, fresh, with well expressed fruit and musket taste and the wines from the red forms are intensively coloured, extractive, with sufficient content of alcohol and titer acids, pure and pleasant taste, without malvin content.
Investigations on those forms continue, with a view to the breeding of ecological varieties, analogues of Cabernet sauvignon and Pinot chardonnay.
