Abstract:
‘Taibai’ radishes wrapped individually with one layer or two layers of ‘VitaWrap’ food packaging film could maintain a minimum weight loss, better firmness, less formation of internal sponginess, and lower respiration rate.
Superior eating quality was achieved with wrapped radishes stored for 88 days at 5 °C or 165 days at 1 °C.
