| Abstract:
Adequate fertiliser application is needed to get well-developed strawberry (Fragaria x ananassa Duch.) plants and high yields. To supplement the crop nutrition, the foliar application of nutrients can be used. This has some advantages such as: a faster absorption by the foliage than by the root system; the plant gets the proper nutrients needed which can be determined by foliar diagnosis; these applications can be done with the phytosanitary ones reducing the application costs. | |
