| Abstract:
In vitro ovule culture of Cucumis sativus L. were established on a medium based on the osmotic effect of a double-layer culture medium system. The isolated ovules contained zygotes. The entire process of zygotic embryogenesis was successfully completed and observed by embryological analyses. This process was positively influenced by osmotic effect and coconut water. | |
