| Abstract:
Meristem in vitro culture of raspberry cultivar ´Gatineau´ infected with RBDV (Raspberry bushy dwarf virus) was established in 1996-1997. Elimination of RBDV was attempted by repeated in vitro meristem culture with and without thermotherapy using ELISA to determine infection after 335 days of cultivation. Twenty-four and 22 plants respectively were negative for RBDV in ELISA. | |
