| Abstract:
In view of a close relationship between production and trade to meet the ever increasing demands of consumers and ensure the efficiency of enterprises, the sensory examination of 34 glasshouse tomato and bell pepper varieties pointed out that: the most valuable tomato varieties were Westlandbrid, M.R. 320, Multibrid Isalnita, Cladex which proved better than the control - Rondo variety, while the most valuable bell pepper varieties were Sweet boy, Cadice-R, which proved better than the control - Du Danube variety. | |
