| Abstract:
- Somatic Embryogenesis of Pilocarpus microphyllus The micropropagation is constituted in an alternative for propagation of elite plants threatened of extinction.The work had as objective develops a protocol through the somatic embryogenesis for regeneration of jaborandi plants (Pilocarpus microphyllus). Segments nodais in MS medium culture containing zeatin and kinetin produced callus. Somatic embryos were obtained in the kinetin presence and IAA and jaborandi plants they were regenerate in the MS medium culture containing 2.32 μM of kinetina in the light presence. | |
