| Abstract:
Ten genotypes of Ribes which take part in our hybridization program were fingerprinted using RAPDs in order to identify molecular markers which can select hybrids in the progeny of cross pollinated genotypes. Ten primers generated reproducible and easily recognizable bands and from them marker bands which discriminated between the parental pairs. Their ability for hybrid detection was confirmed on seedlings. | |
