Abstract:
Biological control by means of microbial antagonists has been considered the most desirable alternative to synthetic fungicides for combating storage decays, and the objective of the present study was to evaluate the efficacy of P. agglomerans (CPA-2) (Viñas et al., 1999) against major postharvest pathogens of "Blanquilla" pears.
