Authors:   H. Borochov-Neori, I. Shomer
Keywords:   Climate; Cucumis melo L.; fresh-cut; leakage; preharvest conditions; quality
Abstract:
Irrigation of muskmelon plants with saline water and application of calcium during fruit development improved the quality of 14-day refrigerated fresh-cut fruit. The effects of salinity and calcium were additive. Quality improvement related to an increase in fruit dry weight content.
