Abstract:
The experiment was realised from May until September 1998 in a greenhouse located in Berlin-Dahlem. Pepino growth and yield parameters was investigated and the effect of postharvest climate on changes in sensory attributes of pepino at different developmental stages was determined in order to the quality dynamics in postharvest fruit characters.
