| Abstract:
Three techniques of DNA fingerprinting (RAPD, AFLP, SSR) were tested on 21 clones belonging to 12 varieties of Vitis vinifera. Each cultivar was distinguished from one another by their profiles. Dendrograms clearly discriminate between the seven cultivar groups but the topology of each one is unique. Clone-specific patterns were also found, with a good reproducibility for a SSR allele. | |
