| Abstract:
The aim of this work is to detect genetic variability among portuguese chestnut cultivars by searching isoenzymatic polymorphisms in order to solve synonymity and homonymy problems. The genetic variability of the most relevant grafted cultivars of chestnut was measured by means of horizontal starch gel electrophoresis of seven isoenzymatic systems. | |
