| Abstract:
Trials with 3 different oilseed pumpkin varieties were carried out in 1995 and 1996 in Hungary and Germany. There were significant differences in sterol contents between the 3 varieties. Also the different locations showed an advantage of the country with cooler temperatures, causing higher sterol contents. The influence of the year was of minor importance. | |
