| Abstract:
The aim of this study was to assess the interaction of cytokinin (BA), auxin (NAA) with light and temperature of in vitro bulblet production from explants of Hyacinthoides paivae S. Ortiz & Rodr.-Oubiña. A combination BA (10 μM) and NAA (0.5 μM) gave a better response than other combinations. An incubation at 20 °C of temperature and 16 h photoperiod were the best for bulblet regeneration. | |
