| Abstract:
The results obtained provide evidence for the presence of apple proliferation phytoplasma, pear decline phytoplasma and European stone fruit phytoplasma (apricot chlorotic leafroll phytoplasma) in some orchards of the fruit tree growing areas within the Czech Republic. The phytoplasma detection was based on symptom expression, DAPI fluorescence technique, electron microscopy observations and polymerase chain reaction. | |
