PARAMETRIC ARGUMENTATION CONCERNING A WHITE CABBAGE HARVESTER UNDER CONDITIONS OF PARAMETRIC INSTABILITY

Abstract:
Modern white cabbage mechanical harvesting consists mainly in removing the whole plant. Pulling force and the soil amount vary widely depending on the soil type, cultivar, soil moisture, hardness, etc. On the basis of Taguchi - methods, a white cabbage harvester was synthesized: 1. A harvesting unit for short - stumped white cabbages was constructed; 2. A mechanical - mathematical model of a white cabbage harvesting unit, composed of a wheel tractor and a mounted machine, was developed; 3. The parameters of a white cabbage harvester, working at increased soil moisture, were optimized.
