| Abstract:
Results are given of initial tests for uniformity of air flow in the closed air circuit of greenhouses previously described. The measured range of velocity over the cross-section of the delivery duct was improved by inserting a transverse obstructing gauze across the air stream and the improvement increased with reduction in the ratio of the hole area to face area. | |
