| Abstract:
This paper analyses forestry production utilizable to energy purposes, with particular regard to Piedmont and to the main species utilized as coppice. An estimate has been done of productions with their utilization cycles and of necessary surfaces to feed a heating plant of small dimensions. Operating techniques of wood collection, work organization and type of utilizable combustion plant are indicated. Suggestions are given of bringing up-to-date of rules and studies to favour the use of this renewable resource. | |
