Abstract:
Galega orientalis Lam. passes through a full ontogenetic cycle and displays high and stable fodder productivity in Western Ukraine, with two green crops during its vegetative period.
The feed it provides contains all the indispensable amino acids.
The tissue callus of G. orientalis was initiated and formed from explants in vitro on media containing various concentrations of auxins and cytokinins as growth regulators.
Cytological analysis showed normal development of vegetative (shoots, leaves, which contain amyloplasts) and generative structures (flowers, which sprout from the leaf axis).
